Claudia Medin
Key Account Manager
Claudia was born in Hamburg, Germany in 1977. With years of experience managing the sales departments of leading book publishers in Germany and the UK, Claudia joined the company to take care of business clients and resellers globally.
As a little girl she soon learned about her Swedish heritage and developed a curiosity and fondness for Scandinavia. This later led to the reunification with her Swedish ancestors and a university degree in Scandinavian culture and design.
Claudia’s dearest possession is her hammock. She is also passionate about books, witchcraft, hiking, Scandinavian design and “hygge”. She is even an accomplished cook and likes to find inspiration in recipes (yes, more books!).
Her most priceless quote is “Think big or go home!”. As you will soon realize, this is not just words. In addition, she is always happy to help anyone do things correctly (no need to ask).
Grace Molan
Project Manager
Grace was born in the UK in 1993 and grew up in the heart of the English countryside. After graduating from a Fashion Journalism degree in London she began working as a copywriter. Grace joined the company to assist with content and project management, particularly for the UK and North American markets.
As a child Grace dreamt about travelling the world. Her favourite adventures include climbing Spain’s highest volcano in Tenerife, discovering Latin America’s vibrant culture, and seeing the Northern lights of Iceland.
Grace is passionate about animal welfare, especially the plight of the Spanish Greyhound. It is not unheard of to see her out and about in matching outfits with her rescue dog Frida. Mad dog lady? Surely. But at least her fashion degree has come in handy.
Johanne Mathiesen
Graphic Designer
Johanne was born 1996, in the tranquillity of southern Denmark. She holds a degree in multimedia design with focus on graphic design and concept development.
She is responsible for creating the most beautiful designs for our customers worldwide. Having a keen interest in enhancing our customer’s online shopping experience, Johanne also assists with sales and support, primarily for Scandinavia.
Her greatest passion is traveling; getting up close to sea life on snorkelling trips, hiking volcano trails and sipping coconut water by the ocean. Her travel stories have the whole team green with envy – the good kind, of course!
MIRJAM OVERBEEK
Creative Strategist
Mirjam was born in the Netherlands in 1979. Having extensive experience working in the food, health, and sustainability industries, Mirjam joined the company to help build brand awareness and customer relations all over the world.
As a courageous young woman, Mirjam set out on an adventurous voyage while travelling, living, and working her way through Europe. Today she coaches and guides other women to make authentic life choices from her cozy home in Spain.
Mirjam has a taste for adventure and the great outdoors. Her beloved hiking app will always seduce her off the beaten track and into enchanted forests. Who knows what’s out there at the end of the rainbow? What a delight!
Nick Brandt
Founder and CEO
Born in Copenhagen, Denmark in 1964, Nick is our CEO and responsible for the management, strategy and development of the company.
By the influence of his worldly grandparents, Nick soon learned to appreciate the significance of art and beauty. He has had a passion for aesthetics and design ever since he was a toddler. After becoming a private collector of rare enamel signs in his teens, he went on to establish RAMSIGN in 1991.
Nick is at heart an entrepreneur and a global mind who loves to connect internationally. He has a keen eye for everything photography, typography and graphic design. This is what drives him in his everyday work.
The golden hour is Nick’s moment of Zen. This is when he claims that tranquillity, a glass of Shiraz, and a cuppa Earl Grey in the morning is all he needs. Oh, and Nick likes his “quality music”. Clearly he’s just stuck in the 80’s.
